SERVPRO had equipment in place in less than 2 hours after our catastrophic plumbing failure. Super fast response. Anthony and T assessed the situation and calmly deployed the equipment in the midst of chaos. The owner Joe Lapp personally inspected the setup at the end of day 1. Anthony and T made prompt morning checks and adjustments. On day 5 the moisture levels read zero on the main floor and basement. Looks like the hardwood floors are saved because of their fast action and excellent equipment use. For the wrap-up, general manager Jason stopped by, reviewed the work, and shared some tips regarding insurance coverage. These guys did fantastic work. Anthony and T are the "dream team"!
